Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

AURENS currently ships to mainland Spain and to European Union countries available during checkout.

We do not currently ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping Costs

Mainland Spain:

Shipping costs €2.95.

Shipping is free when ordering 2 or more caps.

European Union:

Shipping costs €6.95.

Shipping is free when ordering 3 or more caps.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before the order is completed.

Order Preparation

Each AURENS piece is individually prepared and inspected before shipping.

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation, except during campaigns, launches, periods of high demand or occasional disruptions.

Delivery Times

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery within mainland Spain usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

For European Union orders, delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier. Tracking information and any available delivery estimate will be provided with the shipping confirmation.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical disruptions, public holidays or circumstances beyond AURENS’ control.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive any available tracking information provided by the carrier.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for entering the shipping details correctly.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, the recipient’s absence or refusal of the parcel, AURENS may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. Any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

Damaged Orders or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aurens.eu. Include your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the product.
