Shipping Policy

Shipping area

AURENS currently ships to mainland Spain and to European Union countries available during checkout.

At present, we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping costs

Mainland Spain:

Shipping costs €2.95.

Free shipping on orders of 2 or more caps.

European Union:

Shipping costs €6.95.

Free shipping on orders of 3 or more caps.

The applicable cost will be shown before the order is completed.

Order preparation

Every AURENS piece is prepared and inspected individually before shipping.

The usual preparation time is 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation, except during campaigns, launches, periods of high demand or occasional incidents.

Delivery times

Once the order has been handed to the carrier, estimated delivery within mainland Spain is usually 1 to 3 business days.

For European Union shipments, delivery time depends on the destination country and carrier. Available tracking information and the estimated delivery time will be provided with the shipping confirmation.

The stated times are estimates and may be affected by logistics issues, public holidays or circumstances beyond AURENS’ reasonable control.

Order tracking

When the order is shipped, the customer will receive any tracking information provided by the carrier.

Shipping address

The customer is responsible for entering the shipping details correctly.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, absence of the recipient or refusal of the parcel, AURENS may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. Any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

Damaged orders or transport issues

If you receive a damaged order or notice a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible at info@aurens.eu, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the packaging and product.
