TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Identification
The website https://aurens.eu and the AURENS online store are operated by the owner identified in the Legal Notice and Contact Information available on this website.

These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing of and purchases made through aurens.eu.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the other applicable store policies, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Legal Notice.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not make a purchase through the store.
3. Products
AURENS mainly sells its own caps and textile products.
We work to ensure that photographs, descriptions, colours, features and other information shown on the website are as faithful as possible to the actual product.
However, slight colour variations may occur due to the screen used, photographic lighting or the inherent characteristics of the materials and manufacturing and embroidery processes.
These variations do not affect the consumer's statutory rights where there is a lack of conformity.
4. Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
If, after a purchase has been made, we find that a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, including, where applicable, a refund of the amount paid.
5. Prices
Prices displayed in the store are stated in euros and include applicable taxes where required under current legislation.
Shipping costs will be shown separately before the order is completed.
AURENS may change product prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Purchasing process
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, correctly enter the requested information and complete the payment process.
Before completing the purchase, the customer will be able to review the order information.
Once the order has been placed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the purchasing process.
Automatic receipt of an order confirmation does not prevent AURENS from cancelling an order where there is an obvious error, impossibility of supply, reasonable suspicion of fraud or another legitimate reason, in which case any amounts charged will be refunded where appropriate.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods enabled in the store at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and external payment service providers.
AURENS does not directly store full payment card details when these are processed by external providers.
8. Shipping
Delivery areas, prices, conditions and estimated delivery times are set out in the current Shipping Policy published on aurens.eu.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by circumstances beyond AURENS' reasonable control.
In all cases, the rights granted to consumers by applicable law in relation to the delivery of goods will be respected.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, making returns and obtaining refunds are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy published on the website.
As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
10. Personalised products
Where a product has been made to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply.
This exception does not limit the consumer's rights where there is a defect, error, damage or lack of conformity.
11. Guarantee and conformity
AURENS is responsible for the conformity of the products sold in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection rules.
New products are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee and, as a general rule, AURENS will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery.
Where there is a lack of conformity, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by applicable law.
12. Intellectual and industrial property
AURENS, its logos, designs, graphics, photographs, texts, visual elements, embroidery, distinctive signs and other proprietary website content are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, alteration, commercial exploitation or other unauthorised use is not permitted without the prior express consent of the legitimate rights holder.
Any third-party rights appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.
13. Use of the website
The user agrees to use aurens.eu lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
It is prohibited to use the website for fraudulent activities, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with the operation of the store or infringe the rights of AURENS or third parties.
14. Accuracy of information
AURENS endeavours to keep the information on the website up to date.
However, typographical, technical or updating errors may occur. If we identify a material error that may affect an order, we will take appropriate steps to correct it and inform the customer where necessary.
15. Third-party services
Certain store functions may be provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, transport companies, analytics services and other tools necessary for the operation of the store.
The use and processing of personal data in connection with these services is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that consumers are granted on a mandatory basis by law.
AURENS will not be liable for temporary website interruptions, technical failures beyond its reasonable control or damage arising from unlawful use of the website or use contrary to these terms by the user.
17. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on aurens.eu and with applicable data protection legislation.
18. Amendments
AURENS may update these Terms of Service where necessary as a result of legal, technical, commercial or operational changes to the store.
The version applicable to each purchase will be the version published at the time the order was placed, unless a subsequent amendment is required by law.
19. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Where the buyer is a consumer, any dispute will be resolved by the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under consumer protection rules, and nothing in these terms entails the waiver of any forum or right to which the consumer is legally entitled.
